Apple watch hang with apple logo

My apple watch has been hanging with apple logo for the past 2 days. I tried to un dock it and do hard reset (pressing crown and the button) and keep showing back the apple logo.

i notice that my apple watch apps in my iphone have been showing software update and keep giving me the checking for update.
