AirPod Pros won’t connect to iPhone flashing white.

AirPods won’t connect to iPhone. Just flashing white when I put them in case. When not in case, it just solid amber. iPhone tried to connect and says connection failed. AirPods where already paired to iPhone. AirPods were in case in charger.

I tried that and it’s still the same thing. Just flashing white light when I open it then solid amber light when I take AirPods out. iPhone keeps trying to connect then says connection failed.
