My sisters phone got stolen

I have her old one that’s connected to the stolen one. don’t know how to turn it off or stop the passwords from working. I’ve changed all mine but they already got too her Snapchat one. I’m sure they have more though

I need to lock a stolen iphone without the recovery key My daughter's iphone was stolen this afternoon. She has her own apple id. I have her setup on find by that's it. I can't log into her icloud because it requires the phone to authenticate. Is there anyway to lock a stolen phone if you don't have a recovery key or the device? It's an iphone 8.
