Calendar Sync from multiple computers

I have a MAC and Work PC. Want to merge all calendars into my iPhone 3GS(using OS 4.0.1). When I use iTunes Sync, one replaces the other Calendars (even though I Confirm merge alert). At any point of time, I am able to see one Calendar. Can some one help to get this done. Appreciate your suggestion.

MAC, iOS 4, PC

Apple has NEVER recommended syncing data like contacts & calendars with multiple computers. While it is possible to do so(unlike itunes content), Apple has warned that you should only do so ONCE to transfer data & that if you continue to sync contacts & calendars with more than one computer you run the risk of data loss, corruption or both.
