Need to recover my data n files from iCloud . A poop greedy company broke agreement ,kept my files n locked me out

I recently worked as a field supervisor managing all aspects of a construction companies projects.They supplied me with a iPad and an iPhone where I logged in all my daily production information,manpower,schedules, meetings, progress pictures,emails,my crews phone numbers, budgets, crews we owed backed wages too etc...we were flying thru projects with flying colors and when it was close to end the big projects where a bonus of profit percentage was supposed to come my way this company gave me the boot and took the iPad and iPhone with all my proof of emails and locations where I pushed to make this projects progress with flying numbers..No way of taking them to court or proving unemployment of their lies that I don’t deserve unemployment a check Because “I missed too much work” then why not fire me the first cpl months ? Shocked they did this to me no sign of it coming everyone in management was smiles and were like keep it up you doing great..left me high and dry right before Christmas of 2018..they right away somehow blocked my personal company email and iCloud account or disabled it have some emails and proof but missing my location daily points and some pictures to proof I only missed 3 days out of a yr n change of working long hours with crews and no overtime compensation to keep projects on flow and ahead of schedule SMH.. Apple Staff anyway I can recover my icloud data..?
