or, you can try to update your iPhone using a computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).

But, in any case, in such a situation you are at risk, and I'd suggest that you create a full backup of your device, then delete some stuff from your iPhone. DO NOT wait until your iPhone says: you're out of storage.
