Beats won't turn on?

My Solo3 Beats headphones recently started acting up. When I press the power button, nothing happens, and when I hold down the volume and press the power button, I am able to reconnect the headphones briefly to my phone, but after about 30 seconds, the headphones disconnect. I can no longer use my Beats for Bluetooth, since I cannot get them to turn on or connect to my phone. They are fully charged. Help!

I purchased Beats Flex a month ago. The headphones stopped working after a month. I followed the reset instructions but the headphones won't reset.
