My iPad and iphone are not syncing through iCloud. Can you help you find out why?

Have you checked that all the cloud services are still enabled.
Are you connected to wifi or using cellular data.

What is it that isn't syncing. please?
Everything! Pictures, notes, etc. If I take a picture with my phone it’s not showing up on my iPad like it usually does.
