iPhone 6S Plus iOS13.3 not syncing with iCloud

My iPhone seems is not syncing with iCloud since early Jan.

I had sign off Apple ID and sign on again .

Notes, Safari, iCloud Drive, etc are not syncing with my iPhone.

Anyone has the same problem ?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.

Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
