I have a iPhone 7 with iOS 14.7.1 and when I sign into iCloud.com there are no backs for the above items ? Can someone tell me why this is happening. I would like to eventutally transfer the above items from my iPhone 7 to a newer model iPhone.

You can only view what you synced to icloud on a web browser. ie. contacts, calendar assuming you sync to it.
Icloud backup can't be viewed.
