Cannot Receive non iPhone Messages on Macbook Pro

I read somewhere how to receive non iPhone messages in my Message app on my Macbook Pro. It worked smoothly until a week or two ago. For instance, text responses from companies with security numbers to verify. Also, there are no copies of text messages I send to family on my iPhone who own Android phones. Is there a setting I can tweak?

Make sure you have your Mac setup in iPhone Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding.

Thanks. It was setup. After checking that it was, I rebooted both the iPhone and the Mac. That worked. For some reason I forget to do that and both are always on. Appreciate your response.
