Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

It is a scam! Apple does not make such calls to customers/users. Apple will only call a customers/user if they have previously arranged a call from Apple.

My wife and I keep getting calls from someone that says they’re with Apple Care. Saying that our accounts have been hacked Saturday located in Cupertino but that is the end of my conversation don’t trust it
