How do I update my current Visa card that is the same account but has a new expiration and security code? It only offers me to delete it, not edit it.

It only allows me to delete the card. I simply want to edit the new card (same account and card number) but it has an updated expiration date and security code. Do I have to delete the card in its entirety or can I just edit the new info.?

There should be a button to click so you can edit it. If you can't do that, delete it and add it back.
