Hi,

My daugther's ipad is locked into guided access. We have already tried to reboot it twice and it still goes right into guided access. It is also saying our passcodes our incorrect.

If the passcode is not working for whatever reason, here is how to reset it:

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

The reset will reset the environment.
