Payment Methods

It keeps saying my card is failing and getting declined but there’s money in my card. I’ve tried removing it but it won’t let remove to add another one.

Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store.

Try adding another card, then make the new card the primary payment method. Then see if you can remove the card that is getting declined.
