I want to know why I am not receiving any emails? I know my storage is full but I still receive emails when my storage is full. I haven’t received an email in almost a month and I know I’m supposed to be receiving emails regarding some things.

It is highly possible due to the lack of iCloud storage but I'll leave this here anyway - Get help using iCloud Mail - Apple Support.
