Problems with GPS

Hello!

i can’t use my google maps and/or here we go maps in offline (without wifi or/and internet connection) because it’s impossible to determine my location (gps isn’t working).

what is the problem?

when wifi or/and internet connection are on - everything is ok and gps is working.
