Stuck at apple.com/support -2003F screen with warning sign

Hi people

I was trying to reinstall Mojave (had updated to Catalina) in my macbook pro and somehow my network got disconnected

And now I am stuck at apple.com/support -2003F screen and I cant restart it with Command + R or Ctrl + Command + R ( My model has touchbar and touch id) Even with touch id there is no response

Can someone please help how to get out of this ?

Or shall i just wait for the battery to go off and then while charging it will restart

Thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Please see this if it helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314#internet

Also it is the below key combination.

  • Option-Command-R
  • Shift-Option-Command-R

Not sure if you're not able to turn off.

Press and hold the power button until the Mac turns off.
