Do I need to worry about "apfs_fs_alloc_count is not valid expected 19830478, actual 19830525"

Personally I would be concerned about any unfixed errors encountered in a file system scan. If Disk Utility is unable to repair the error, then you will need to erase the drive and restore from a backup.
