MacOS High Sierra
It leads me to the App Store but when you click download nothing happens. What should I do?

What Mac/Year do you have and what version of macOS are you running?
Download is working now when I open it in Safari. But while waiting I can see that it is downloading 10.13.6 won't this need 10.13 to be installed?
MacBook Air 7,2 and I currently have MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
I wanted to install Viber for Mac but it needs 10.13 or higher.
I was able to download installers for 10.13.3 and 10.13.6 but I cannot install them also because it would say that I need 10.13

Yes I did use that already. It will lead me to App Store. Then I will click Dowload buy nothing happens
