Trade-in

Hi all!

I purchased a new iphone online to be picked up in-store today. I wanted to do the trade-in option but felt it was too risky to mail it in with the kit. Can I still trade my current phone in the store and apply it to my recent purchase or will I only get credit on a future purchase?

You will only get credit towards a future purchase. I don’t see them issuing you a refund.

You may be money ahead to sell it yourself.

Strange, only because doing the kit would result in having a credit towards this purchase anyway. Thanks for your help!
