I PHONE 7 PLUS WILL NIT ALLOW SNAP CHAT TO OPEN APP, UN INSTALLED AND REINSTALLEDM FACTORY RESET PHONE STILL NOT ALLOWING SNAPCHAT TO OPEN

why wont snapchat let me open the app? i have to delete the application and re-download it for it to work. however, its happening every 5 minutes or so

If the issue happens with that app only, contact SnapChat support team and ask them.
