how do i undisabled my ipad without computer and not conneted to itunes?

My ipad is not connected to itunes and i dont have a computer..is there another way? If not i have to just throw it away........

Either find a family member or friend with a computer who can help you or take it to an Apple Store location ( locations have re-opened ) and have the store restore your iPad.

You may have to call your nearest Apple Store location and make an appointment.
