Phone not working

I was was suggested to restore to factory settings and that didn’t help what are other options?

iPhone 12 isn't working My iphone 12has not worked since about 3 pm yesterday. I was on the phone with tech support to get my phone reset and kept it on my computer doing so all night and no change my phone still dose not work. [Edited by Moderator]
