Quicktime Resolution versus Current Size

Hi,

I have a Quicktime video file for which the Info/ Properties give me a different Resolution versus "Current Size". Screen grab attached. I was wondering whether this was because the Pixel Aspect Ratio had become altered (non-square).

The File says the Resolution is: 2048 x 1107 (Ratio 1.85 because it was originally shot on Super-16 film and then scanned). Now-a-days, 2K means 2048 x 1080... right? So, to be broadly compatible, should I just crop the excess pixels (1107 - 1080) = 27 pixels?

Thanks in advance,

Rajnesh
