Itunes store not working.

My itunes store isn’t working. It opens fine but its blank and there’s an iTunes U written at the bottom. Can anyone help me with that?

iTunes Store will not work. So every time I open the iTunes Store, it’s a blank screen and the only icon is a little iTunes U symbol at the bottom. I’ve tried reinstalling but it did nothing.
