Shipping & Receiving:

Once set up for service, this is how the shipping & receiving is set up.

1. Apple: would ship you a box
2. You: would ship it out to Apple, packing it accordingly
3. Apple: will service the device (if, necessary)
4. You: will receive the item back from Apple
