CSAT Solutions, terrible service

I sent a particular Macbook off for repair 3 times for the same issue. Had wireless and wired connectivity issues which was never resolved. Most recently, I sent it off and requested that it be wiped clean and updated to the latest OS. Got it back and it states "We clean installed the latest Mac OS version verified on your product". Problem is, nothing was done. It's still has the old OS, the computer was not clean installed as the username and all data is still on the computer. I've always had good service from Apple but this time has proved differently. Service Tech ID 31514


If this is what the future looks like for Apple service, I'll stop ordering their products.
