Hi VerneDoveMtn,

You can print to PDF (Menu > File > Print...)

In Print Setup, can choose "This Sheet".

Click on the Print... button to open the Print Dialogue.

Bottom left, click on the PDF pop-up and choose Open in Preview or Save as PDF.

Regards,

Ian.

Hi Verne,

As you've likely noticed, Numbers is not Excel.

That doesn't make it less "intuitive" unless you are using "not as intuitive" to mean "less familiar," which, if you've been using MS Excel for 'ages' and are new to Numbers, it is.

The PDF button has been part of the Print dialogue for several years now, and is available to every application using the built in Print services.

Regards,

Barry
