There is absolutely nothing we users can do to enable your itunes/apple account.

I understand that, but people are repeatedly giving the advice atm to contact support for this issue, and clearly it’s widespread that support is not available which indicates an issue with Apple, so that’s not good advice at the current moment. I’m pointing out that you don’t actually have an answer, it’s not an attack.

That’s cute but if you try to “contact support” Right now it consistently gives you an error message.

I’m literally telling you that service isn’t working right now...
