How do i turn off the find my phone feature using my computer?
because my cell phone isnt working.
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13
- Use a browser to visit http://www.icloud.com
- Sign in
- Use “Find iPhone”
- Locate your iPhone
- Choose “Erase iPhone”

I tried that but it still showed find my phone feature as being on. So i tried remove my phone instead and it seemed to work. I hope that was the right thing to do as i am returning my phone because it doesnt work. The carrier said the find my phone feature had to be off in order to return it.
