Apple Music "Favorites Mix" and "For You" suggestions are unavailable as of 6/23/20
Neither on my iMac, nor on my MacBook, nor on my iPhone.
All the other music in my libraries is available and plays just fine.
Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! It looks like you're having some issues with the Apple Music "For You" tab, and we'd like to help.
For this to be happening with all of your devices, it sounds like it could be related to your subscription. Has anything happened with your Apple Music subscription recently? Such as changed the type of subscription or it was not renewed before it expired?
Also verify it's still active: See or cancel your subscriptions
Were any changes made to your Apple ID recently? What to do after you change your Apple ID or password
If you haven't already, restart one of your devices to see if that helps.
