iPhone XS Max unlock numbers 7 8 9 Unresponsive
I have an iPhone XS Max that has an issue wherein the 7 8 & 9 buttons don’t work when I’m trying to unlock it

The first thing we'd recommend would be to try force restarting your iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support.
If the issue continues after that, try backing up your phone using a computer: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support and reinstalling the iOS software using the "Reinstall iOS or iPadOS" section of If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
