Your Apple TV HD does not store any content as it is a streaming device only. Content such as movies, music, etc. are not downloaded/stored anywhere on your Apple TV HD. The only thing that takes up memory are the apps you install. Are you getting some kind of error message? Check out the support document below on managing storage.
