Apple TV+

I have an old Apple TV box is there anyway I can reduce the streaming resolution of Apple TV+. It’s easy enough on the phone, iPad etc, but I can’t see it for the Apple TV box and it’s using too much data. I have reduced prime, Netflix and iTunes but where are the settings for Apple TV+?
