How to make WiFi calling work?

everytime I turn my WiFi calling on, it shows it’s on but when I go back it turns itself off and I’m not sure why?

It could be a case where your carrier doesn't support Wifi Calling. Check this article for more information: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203032
