health app multiple users

When there are multiple devices on a single Apple ID, how does each device make the health data unique to that device, and not share/collect data from other devices.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hello,

It seems you have some questions about managing Health data. Let's work together to find the best answer for your concerns.

Apple ID is not intended to be shared by multiple users, therefore Health data syncing between one user's multiple devices is not an issue.

You can manage which apps and devices are sharing Health data in the Health app and in Settings.

Go to Settings > [your_name] > iCloud > Health, to adjust Health sync.

You can manage the Health app as well here:

Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support

If you have multiple people sharing an Apple ID, I suggest creating separate Apple ID accounts and setting up Family Sharing to share the Apps and other content you enjoy:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

Good luck.
