credit card declined- for no visible reason
my Apple Pay is linked to one credit card, and although there is ample credit limit on that card and no block or any other bank related obstacle, Apple Pay tried to charge 8 HKD today and lists the transaction as denied.
Calling HSBC the answer is: no idea why this was denied, but tell the merchant to charge again, no problem.
how do you tell Apple Pay anything?
this is the second time this has happened and it's a major loss of time and a big effort to sort out and afterwards they all say: thank you for your patience.
can I get an email address where I can just report the issue and get help, without having to sit in hotline waiting rooms for god knows how long?
