Does iPhone SE 1 has VoLTE?

Check that do u have any carrier update settings available in your phone.
Tap Settings---General---- Scroll down to Carrier---Next to Carrier, if a new update is available, you'll see an option to perform this update.
If updates not available, then contact your network provider.

Yes. It will differ from carrier to carrier and region too.
Go to Settings----Cellular---Cellular Data--Toggle ON----Cellular Data Option---Voice & Data-----Select 4G,VoLTE ON.

In my iPhone SE that settings is different than as you advised. I couldn't see particularly "VoLTE" option to select. It is just "LTE" only. It does the same thing? iOS already updated to the latest V 13.5.1. See the screen shots as shown above and Kindly advise.
How could I enable it?
Yeah, I saw it. But as above sent screenshots, those settings are different than per the link you shred.
My Carrier is TPG and provides their service through VoLTE.
