i only saw one thread about this topic and the only option that was suggested (power phone off) didnt work for me. i restarted my phone numerous times and every time i try to reset my face ID it says “move lower/move higher”. is there any way to fix this

If you have a phone case or screen protector that is interfering with the depth sensors near the front facing camera, it will cause this problem. Try removing any accessories you have that may be getting in the way.

i have one of those mous cases so its not blocking anything
