After disabling the data for telegram under mobile data, still it uses data .There are continuous notification from telegram. After the mobile data has been disabled why it is still providing me notification

If so, this would be an expected byproduct of turning off cellular data, as you'd still be connected to the internet through Wi-Fi, so any services that don't use cellular data specifically could still function.
