Hi all,

I am planning to buy a used MacBook pro. He gave me the serial numbers of the MacBook for checking, but when I used the serial numbers on Apple website it shows "Purchase date is not validated".

Is there anyway I can check the purchase date of the Mac. I want to make sure this is not used for more than 3 years. If anyone knows please help.
