Hello, I have a iPad Gen 3 with a unresponsive home button. When 1 day it ran out of battery and it was stuck on the apple logo but it wouldn't start. But I can't put it in recovery mode since the home button won't work. What do I do?

Connect your iPad to your Power Adapter (charger) - and allow to charge for at least 30 minutes. Then, whilst still connected to the power Adapter:

It broken. As such, there is nothing that anyone here can do to help.
You essentially have three options:
1) take your broken iPad to an Apple Authorised Repair Agent.
2) take your broken iPad to an Apple Store.
3) send your broken iPad to Apple for repair.
But my home button doesn’t work
Have you actually tried the forced-restart?
If you have - and are unsuccessful - then your iPad is broken and requires repair.
My home button is broken so I can’t force restart
