I have a spanish keyboard selected on my phone, but every once in a while it unselects it and I have to go back and pick it again. Why does it keep unselecting?
This issue happened with both my iPhone 7 and now with my new iPhone 11

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and remove all items except Spanish.
If you must have more than Spanish on the list, the switching may be caused by your accidentally hitting the Globe key.

Is Spanish also somewhere on your list in settings > general > language?
I need English and the emoji as well. It’s just for some reason the Spanish randomly disappears and I have to go back and add it again. The other two stay just fine and have never had that happen.
ill send one message in Spanish and when I go to the next screen the keyboard is gone and I have to go through settings again.

I’ve had an iPhone since iPhone 3 and this only just started happening with the latest iOS update. At first I thought it was because my iPhone 7 was on its way out, but now with a brand new iPhone i know it’s not the phone.
