recently i deleted windows from my macbook using Disk Utilities, but turns out i lost the storage of 150GB, i tried most of the method on the internet but aren't working. Can someone help me please?

Can you boot normally and then try to run
diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g
and post the output.
Check the output of
diskutil list
macOS can renumber disks.
Notice your APFS disk was mounted at disk2.
Run
fsck_apfs -s -o -y /dev/rdisk2

The Container has the disk space. Individual volumes can shrink and grow, as needed. Post the output of
diskutil apfs list
and I can provide an explanation.

Remove Windows from your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support is the supported method.
you told me that there's APFS corruption,
APFS corruption is an additional problem, and can happened, even if you do not have Windows installed/removed inappropriately.
Your APFS volumes can grown and shrink inside the container, as necessary, as long as you have the container occupying the entire disk. Bootcamp reduces the container and creates a partition from the freed-up disk space.
Run
diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g
and post the output.
You have APFS corruption. What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)?

Looks good. Can you post the output of
diskutil list
Be aware that APFS is very prone to corruption. I highly recommend Time Machine backups. You can use a different tool, if you do not want to use Time Machine.
If you now boot into Recovery, your disks list will be different. You will need to find the same disk I Recovery.
All the screen shots are outputs from single run of the command.
before I run it again, is it correct that before I run the command, I un-mount my internal disk? (since you told me to not mounting any internal disks)
