is it because I removed windows in an inappropriate way? I wanna know how to avoid it happening again, thanks!

Remove Windows from your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support is the supported method.

you told me that there's APFS corruption,

APFS corruption is an additional problem, and can happened, even if you do not have Windows installed/removed inappropriately.

Your APFS volumes can grown and shrink inside the container, as necessary, as long as you have the container occupying the entire disk. Bootcamp reduces the container and creates a partition from the freed-up disk space.

Growing APFS Physical Store disk0s2 from 351,003,451,392 to 499,963,174,912 bytes
Modifying partition map
Growing APFS data structures
Finished APFS operation

Looks good. Can you post the output of

diskutil list

Be aware that APFS is very prone to corruption. I highly recommend Time Machine backups. You can use a different tool, if you do not want to use Time Machine.
