Not receiving e-mail on my I-phone 7

I have an I-phone 7 which recently updated to software version 13.5.1 and now will not receive my cox e-mails. All worked fine until my phone automatically updated.

Cannot send e mails on iPhone XR. Works fine on iPad and laptop. Has worked fine before this current issue. all of a sudden can not send e mails from I phone xr. Spectrum is e mail provider. All has worked in the past. Spectru. Says apple issue or mobile provider issue. This happened right after apple software upgrade

The Apple ios updated has no bearing on your cox email account.

If you can't receive emails, then contact Cox or look at their support site.
