How do I backup to iCloud over cellular?

How do I backup to iCloud over cellular? I can't tether the phone to itself to fake being on wifi. My phone is my source of Internet and I'm rarely near another wifi hotspot. It's also why I have an unlimited data plan.

iPhone SE, iOS 13

Sorry, but you cannot. As currently implemented, iCloud backups over the air require WiFi.
