Instagram Link Preview

My link previews from Instagram are not working in iMessage with the new update. Anyone else having this problem and does someone know the fix?

I understand from your question that your iMessage links are not showing a preview when they are sent. I can certainly help you with this!

I would start by force restarting your device: Force restart iPhone

Thank you for responding. I have done a force restart several times plus Apple customer service suggested going back to factory reset, which I also did but to no avail. I haven't had this problem with this phone until 2 weeks ago.

Contact Instagram for issues, they need to update software at their end. So compatible to new iOS.
