As of tonight when I open the spectrum app it will not load just a spinning ball.
uninstalled and reinstalled same thing.
I called spectrum they say it is one of many complaints just in the last day.
any ideas? I can stream other channels with no problem. did a reset on the Apple TV
and sill the same??
Its fixed! Last night I uninstalled again and reinstalled now it works
not sure what the problem was but back in business

These are issues that are occurring now. Once it is in the store it is solely the developers responsibility to pick up on issues and patch them, users can also give them feedback to hopefully accelerate progress.
That would be an issue with the app, of which Spectrum would need to fix.
Same here. Works on iPad and iPhone. Both my Apple TV’s have the same issue. There was a recent update. So is it Spectrum’s fault, apple’s or both?
ok, so apple looks at every app before they put it in the store. So, if that’s the case, then, they should have caught this. I don’t mean it’s apples fault for it not working, but that they let through a non-working app
Maybe I can revert back to to old one.
