My iPad is randomly starting to play music from my iTunes app while I’m watching something else

While watching things on my iPad iTunes stops playing what I’m watching & plays random songs from my iTunes app. I’ve tried everything I can think of but can’t find a solution.

ive deleted the app & everything else I can find to do by googling. I’m pretty old & not particularly tech savvy. Any help would be appreciated.
